In short: the "Broker" agency is a rather young real estate agency, active in past six years, and thus becoming the leading agency, we dare say, in the whole of Croatia.

At the moment we employ 18 young people (from 20 to max. 40 years of age). We are active in all segments of real estate business: houses, land, appartments, business premises, purchase, sale and lease.We perform our duties only very professionally, and are active on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
We find our offer of bigger real estates especially attractive, like:

• smaller islands on sale (island in Pakleni otoci archipelago 290.000 m2, island in the Kornati archipelago 200.000 m2, island near Primošten 56.000 m2, island near Murter 36.000 m2, an island near Vis, one near Korčula, etc.). We also have to offer islands to lease for a period from 25 to 50 years.

• land for construction of big business centres in Split and Zagreb. The land to offer is situated on very attractive locations, envisaged for business or both business-housing construction.
